  • Tuff-Trek Ltd is happy to arrange the return of large items with our specialized courier, for a cost of £75, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care to arrange your return.

  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
