Perfect for spring and summer Mountain Warehouse’s 1 & 2 season sleeping bags are great for warmer temperatures, highly ventilated yet are still well insulated for any drop in temperature. A 1 & 2 season sleeping bag is not suitable for extreme temperatures and colder weather, and we would recommend a 3 & 4 sleeping bag instead. The comfort temperature and extreme temperature are given as guidelines only, and are based on an average woman.
