When choosing a 1 & 2 person tent, it can be advisable to go for a size bigger than you think you’ll need – so for one person, go for a tent for 1 & 2 people, and for two of you, go for a 3 & 4 person tent and so on. Often people underestimate how much space their other camping equipment and camping supplies takes up in their tent, so choose wisely!

Our 1 & 2 person tents are all made from waterproof fabric, and most of them have taped seams making them fully waterproof. Taped seams are when the seams of the item have been taped with waterproof tape on both sides to prevent any water or moisture seeping through, making the tent fully waterproof. When checking how suitable your 1 & 2 person tent will be in wet conditions, look at the hydrostatic head. The hydrostatic head refers to how waterproof the fabric is under high water pressure. The higher the hydrostatic head, the higher the level of protection in wetter conditions. All of our tents have a minimum hydrostatic head level of 1500mm.
