Ive only worn it a couple times but iam impressed so far- particularly impressed with its wicking. Will test it skiing in Austria soon. I got it in a medium which is fine for my shoulders and chest but a bit loose around the middle (32in waist). I always find that Mountainwarehouse garments are on the generous side for sizes!
I bought the merino leggings in a small which fit fine even though iam a long leg size.
I bought theses tops for wearing on a night out. That might sound a bit odd however they keep you Kool when it gets hot and sweaty wicks the sweat away thus keeping you dry so you don't get cold. Unlike cotton and a lot of other fabrics that retain the sweat. And they're stylish enough to wear on a night out thanks. :-)))
Trying to find a merino wool baselayer that fits comfortably can be a difficult task. This item fits well against the body and doesn't feel loose.
Considering how expensive merino wool products are in general, this product is very good value for money. I'm even considering purchasing another one.
Fits as per guide sizing (sleeves on the long side, which is much better than too short). I already hAve several merino products, and this seems on a par. Excellent price. Longevity still to be proven. satisfied overall.
Ideal as a base layer for winter cycling when used with a suitable cycling jersey. Long sleeves give additional warmth to compensate for cycling jerseys where insulation is occasionally less effective.
Warm, comforatble, fits well and sizes are true. Bought to wear as a baselayer whilst cycling, but stylish enough to get away with wearing as an everyday top.
Good quality product. Material has a nice feel and my son assures me that it is very comfortable to wear. Will definitely be purchasing another. Great value
Compares equally to or better than other manufacturers products at double the price, have purchased before and will purchase again, keep it up.
Good fit, lightweight but warm albeit slightly itchy, but that's the nature of wool.
Didn't feel clammy like cotton does after exercise!
The styling, with side slits at the bottom, means one would not be ashamed to be seen in this vest. Substantial and comfortable.
wore this for first time, went for a walk in rainy, cool weather 11deg. didn't even feel a chill. going to order another asap.
This was exactly what I was looking for in a base layer. Reasonable priced and comfortable; what more could you ask for?
The only reason it does not merit 5 stars is that it is a little coarser to the touch than other merlnos I have bought.
I walk a lot on the fells and needed another base layer for the colder months. It has been excellent value and warmth.
I bought this garment for my son for Christmas, as he works outside, and he found it so warm he wanted another.
Really warm base layer. Merino is brilliant and the thermal top is very well made and excellent value for money
Initially bought as casual warm gear, but have used for warmth during snowy runs. Beaut. Washes up nicely.
Not had chance to use it yet but the fit is excellent and it feels very comfortable against the skin.
I already have these items, so good I have bought more, I would certainly recommend these to anyone
Very pleased with my new purchase - looks good and does what it says - keeps you warm and dry
