The MountainlifeTrail First Aid Kit has all the essentials for outdoor accidents and injuries. The Mountainlife Trail first aid kit contains a first aid guide, a zinc oxide plastic roll, safety pins, a pair of scissors and a pair of plastic forceps. The Trail first aid kit also has a triangular bandage, a gauze pad, a PBT bandage 5 small and 5 large bandage rolls as well as 8 adhesive plasters, 4 alcohol prep pads and a pair of vinyl first aid gloves. In addition to the first aid kit it is advisable to have a basic understanding of first aid. The Trail first aid kit comes neatly compact in a zip up bag.

Thankfully not had to use this yet, but I think it includes most of what I would need and is just small enough to carry in my rucksack for walks even though I try to keep down the weight that I carry.
