  • To return Surfboards, begin the returns process by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care

  • To return other items, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6292 and bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

  • Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. Please include the invoice slip.

  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

  • Please note that items sold by Tiki Surf cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
