Returns

If a product purchased online isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within an extended 60 days of purchase for a refund during this time. You can return items to any of our stores once reopened or back to our warehouse. For returns of a purchase made in-store please view our Coronavirus update page for the latest information. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be:

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
  • In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
  • In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside

Returns to stores are FREE, or use our easy pre-paid returns label - a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund for this service.
