Refunds and returns
In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our refund policy. Any purchases made online or in store since 1st October 2020, you will be able to return these to us up to the 02 May 2021.
We are sorry you cannot return in-store purchases through our warehouse.
For online purchases you can send your return for FREE to our warehouse. Please wait 14 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update

Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
- Made within 60 days of your order being placed. For purchases made as gifts from the 1st of October our Extended Returns apply with returns accepted until the 2 May 2021

Please note that some larger items may need to be returned via other methods, for further information please contact our Customer Service Team.
Peronalised items will be created especially for your order, so they can only be returned if they are faulty, do not fit their description, or do not meet the request made.

Returns by post are FREE using any of our Easy returns methods below, Hermes Parcel Shop & Asda toyou.
How do I return? Please select one of the convenient options below through Hermes or Asda to generate a Return Label and complete the Returns Form found on your dispatch note and send it to us with your item.

Europe & International Returns
Due to the Covid -19 pandemic and extras measures we and our couriers have put in place to protect the health and well-being of our teams, we are regretfully experiencing delays in processing returns.
If you have returned your item for a refund from 22nd December it may take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and processed by our returns team.
You will be notified when your return has been processed. If you still haven’t received your notification after this time, please contact our customer service team.
