Returns

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. You can return items to any of our stores or back to our warehouse. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

***Extended Christmas Returns***

Items bought on or after the 1st October are eligible to be returned or exchanged up until the 30th January 2018.

All our usual returns T’s & C’s apply.  

Returns must be:

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
  • In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
  • In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside

Returns to stores are FREE, or use our easy pre-paid returns label - a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund for this service.
