Refunds and returns
In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our Christmas refund policy by an additional 60 days, you will now be able to return store purchases bought from 1st October 2020 – 31st December right up to the 31st March 2021.
We are sorry you cannot return in store purchases through our warehouse.
For online purchases you can send your return for FREE to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.
If you can't find your Return form, please click here to print a blank form.
We have extended our Christmas Returns Policy. Items bought online or in store as gifts from 1st October 2020 can be returned until 31 January 2021.
Good news for any returns to Stores that are closed due to recent government announcements we are extending this by 60 days, until 31st March 2021.
For purchases made in one of our stores simply return the product, to any store, in its original and saleable condition. If you have a receipt or gift receipt, you’ll get an exchange, gift card or a full refund. Without either a receipt or gift receipt, you’ll get an exchange or a gift card for the latest selling price.
For online purchases they can be returned to store, or back to our warehouse through our easy returns process accompanied with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
- Made within 30 days of your order being placed. For purchases made as gifts from the 1st of October our Extended Christmas Returns apply with returns accepted until the 31 January 2021

Peronalised items will be created especially for your order, so they can only be returned if they are faulty, do not fit their description, or do not meet the request made.

To return your order to your nearest store please ensure you have the order dispatch note and the card you used to place the order.
The store will be happy to offer you a refund on your order.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns of the following brands in our Stores: Vango, Outwell, Easycamp, Colemans, Animal and Wayfayrer in our stores, please use one of the online methods below

- Take your labelled parcel to the toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda location; remember to include your returns note!

Europe & International Returns
Due to the Covid -19 pandemic and extras measures we and our couriers have put in place to protect the health and well-being of our teams, we are regretfully experiencing delays in processing returns.
If you have returned your item for a refund from 22nd December it may take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and processed by our returns team.
You will be notified when your return has been processed. If you still haven’t received your notification after this time, please contact our customer service team.

Si desea devolver un artículo, el plazo de devoluciones es de 60 días a partir de la fecha de recepción del mismo. Después de ese periodo, no podemos aceptar devoluciones a no ser que el producto sea defectuoso.

Conditions
- Todas las devoluciones deben ser enviadas en su embalaje original y en buenas condiciones. Por motivos de higiene, el calzado no debe haber sido usado.
- Las devoluciones enviadas a nuestro almacén sin el formulario debidamente cumplimentado o en malas condiciones serán rechazadas.
- El portal de devoluciones generará una etiqueta de devolución que deberá colocarse en el exterior del paquete y llevarlo al punto de entrega más cercano.
- Algunos lugares tienen un cargo extra que se establecerá en función de su ubicación y lo verá antes de completar su devolución.
- Si cree que el artículo tiene algún defecto o es incorrecto, le rogamos que se ponga en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente antes de completar y registrar su devolución.

Wichtige Informationen
- Im Falle einer Rückgabe muss der Artikel originalverpackt, sowie in ungetragenem/ungeöffnetem Zustand sein. Schuhwerk darf daher nicht im Freien getragen werden.
- Rücksendungen mit einem nicht vollständig ausgefülltem Rücksendeformular/Lieferschein oder die nicht als neu/ungetragen betrachtet werden, müssen leider zurückgewiesen werden.
- Das Retouren-Portal wird Ihnen ein Etikett erstellen, dass Sie auf die Außenseite vom Paket anbringen müssen. Das Paket kann dann bei Ihrem nächstliegendem Postamt abgegeben werden.
- Für einige Orte fällt eine Gebühr an, diese bezieht sich auf Ihren Standort. Ihnen werden jegliche anfallenden Gebühren im Vorhinein angezeigt und Sie müssen die Zahlung vervollständigen, bevor Sie mit den Retourenvorgang abschließen können.
- Falls Sie glauben Ihr Produkt weist einen Mangel auf oder er wurde Ihnen der falsche Artikel zugesendet, kontaktieren Sie bitte vor einer Rücksendung unseren Kundenservice.
