To return packages larger than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm, begin the returns process by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
To return packages smaller than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/120 and bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
