The Sandbag comes with a choice of 4 comfortable handles and 2 grip-handles at each end of the bag, providing assorted options for changing hand positions and working on different muscle groups. This product does not include sand, but it comes with 4 loadable filler bags that can each hold up to 5kg of sand.
