The Pure2Improve Cold Massage Roller consists of a rubber base with an RVS ball inside. By putting it in the freezer, the massage roller can be chilled. It combines targeted massage with ice therapy. Because of its smaller size, the Pure2Improve Cold Massage Roller can be used for targeted massage of sore muscles and knots. By adding cold to the massage, inflammations will be reduced, and recovery of the muscles is stimulated. The base of the Massage Roller has a good grip. It is easy to handle with one hand and can be placed anywhere on the body, even on spots not so easy to reach. The Pure2Improve Cold Massage Roller is 6 cm high. The diameter of the ball is 5 cm.
