Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are free
Footwear must be returned in its original box
Swimwear must be unworn, with the hygiene strip in place

To return your order, visit TOG24’s returns portal at: https://tog24returns.mp-returns.com
The portal will present the following options for return: Drop off at TOG24 Retail Store (exc Stockists), Drop off at Post Office or Collection from Home.
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
Bring your item to a suitable drop off point as shown in the returns portal and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
Please note that items sold by TOG24 cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
