Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are priced at £2.95, deductible from the refundable amount
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear contents have been opened/hygiene seal has been broken]

To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

Bring your item to any post office or Royal Mail drop-off point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
