  • If your return is approved, a Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping cost of £3.55 will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.

  • A return shipping label and QR code will be sent to you via email.

  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.

  • Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged
