UK RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Returns are priced at £2.95, deductible from the refundable amount

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear contents have been opened/hygiene seal has been broken]

Return method:

• To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• You can download the returns slip here.

• Bring your item to any post office or Royal Mail drop-off point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Steel & Jelly cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
