Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are free
Products must not be used, including the insertion of batteries, or removal of battery isolator which can lead to marked batteries when cap screwed down.
Product must be in re-saleable condition.

To return your order, create your freepost return label at - www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/6820
You will need to enter your 9-digit order number followed by ‘RTN into the portal for it to accept your return. IE ‘M12345678RTN’
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, and make sure the battery isolator is in place to prevent torch activation in transit.
Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
