Return method:
To return your order, please contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care to request a collection.
Proof of Collection (POC) is available via the DX2 portal with photographs, the same as deliveries.
Customers will receive a message 48 hours prior to the collection advising of the collection date, with the option to reschedule if not suitable.
A 2-hour collection window will be provided the evening before collection.
On the day of collection, customers will receive a live tracking link and a call from the crew prior to arrival (approximately 30 minutes in advance).
If the customer is not available at the agreed time, a failed collection charge of £34.25 (in addition to the base rate) will apply.
If there is a lift available, the item will be collected from the customer’s front door. Where no lift is available, the crew will collect from up to the second floor.
Items can be collected from a safe place outside the house if this is specified to Mhstar before the collection attempt.
DX2 will only collect items if they are packaged. If packaging is deemed unsuitable or unsafe, the crew may refuse collection and will take photographs of the goods.
All items must be dismantled (where applicable) and securely packaged before collection.
DX2 crews may refuse collection if packaging is unsafe or unsuitable.
