This product listing is for a set of two ovalshaped balance pads made from lightweight, closedcell foam. The pads are textured for grip and have antislip surfaces. Each measures approximately 29cm in length, 16.5cm in width and 5.5cm in height. The cushioned design helps to improve stability in the hips, knees, ankles and feet when used for balance exercises.
