The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
We cannot accept returns for items worn outside or otherwise used
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal at https://helabrands.returnscenter.com/ input your order details on your dispatch note and follow the instructions
Package the item(s) to be sent back securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative
Enclose a copy of your dispatch note or a note specifying your RMA number or order number with the item(s) you are returning
Attach a self-created address label to your parcel, clearly showing the address below. Please ensure original delivery labels are covered
Drop off your parcel with your chosen courier. When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage with tracking details
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
Please note that items sold by Hela Brands cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
