This set of three massage balls are suitable for a variety of uses. Ranging in resistance from light to high, the balls can be used to massage areas such as the lower back, glutes, neck and palms. They are also effective for acupressure massage and targeting trigger points. The balls have a diameter of approximately six centimetres and feature the company logo design. This multi-pack offers different resistance levels to effectively massage muscles and provide relief from tension or pain in several areas of the body.
