Sprint Hurdles are beneficial for an array of sports, such as football, rugby, hockey, cricket, basketball. The Pure2Improve Sprint Hurdles provide users a great way to increase their strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and conditioning, through sprint hurdle exercises. The Sprint Hurdles height is able to be adjusted as they can vary from 20cm up to 30cm. This means they provide greater flexibility of workouts that can be incorporated into users workout routines. The Hurdles are made from durable lightweight PVC plastic. They also contain High tensile construction, which gives them an anti-shatter design. They are made in high visibility colours, making them usable in poor lighting. Finally, the Sprint Hurdles are so quick and easy to fold up, making them extremely portable and able to be used in a variety of settings.
