All Boutique Camping products come with a 12-month warranty which covers any manufacturing defects such as missing parts, faulty stitching, or problems that have occurred at the factory or in transit. Due to the complexity of camping our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect, such as damage transpired from hostile environments or misuse. We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care right away so we are able to assess the defect/damage and resolve the issue immediately. For manufacturing defects and damage during transit, we offer our customers a ‘Swap it Service’ for deliveries within the UK; our courier will come to you with the new product and swap it at your doorstep for the old one.
