UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery

Return method:
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- You can download the return slip here.
- Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Cadac Dometic UK Ltd cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

In respect of goods manufactured by Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd, Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd shall free of charge within a warranty period as specified to the goods from the date of delivery of the goods (as appropriate) repair or at its option replace any goods which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd to be defective in material or workmanship provided always that these obligations shall not apply where and to the extent that:
Any defect in the goods arises from any drawing, detail, specification, design information or other information supplied by the customer; any defect in the goods arises from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, improper installation or connection, failure to follow Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd’s instructions, failure to observe any maintenance requirements, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd’s approval; or the customer has failed to notify Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd of any defect or suspected defect within 30 days of the same coming to the knowledge of the customer.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will require a proof of purchase, pictures and video of the product and of the issue in question, along with a description of the problem, we will then review the fault these details and confirm next steps. Should the product need to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service, packing carefully to avoid unnecessary damage in transit.
Any goods replaced shall belong to Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd. Any repaired or replacement goods shall be warranted on these terms for the un-expired portion of the warranty period awarded to the Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd goods in question.BBQs – 2 Year Limited warranty
