- Securely pack the items to be returned in the provided bag using the adhesive strip, or use suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form.

- Bring your item to any Post office or schedule a free collection on royal mail portal and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
