WARRANTY DETAILS
Dewerstone limited warranty
All dewerstone products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized dewerstone dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. dewerstone does not warrant against wear & tear, alteration, misuse or abuse.
The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by dewerstone. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under the laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
