Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging. Please return all presentation boxes and cleaning cloths as you received them. Please use the box that your order was delivered in or something similar to protect your return.

WARRANTY DETAILS
What is covered
Manufacturers faults are covered. These are faults developed in the first 6 months that are not from accidental damage, general wear and tear or poor care for the item.
Manufacturers defects are covered
Alterations or misuse will void the warranty.
What isn't covered
Damage caused by accidental damage, general wear and tear or poor care for the item is not covered.
Scratches on the lens are not covered unless the product arrived to you that way.
The product being broken due to negligence is not covered, for example, dropping the product or sitting on the product.
Theft is not covered by the warranty.
Lens damage caused by cleaning the lenses with abrasive or harsh chemicals is not covered by the warranty.
Accidental damage caused by liquids is not covered by the warranty. For example, sun cream, harsh liquids, pool or seawater on the lenses.
Our Advice
We advise you to keep your eyewear in a case when not being worn. This will protect against accidental damage.
We advise you to keep your product out of extreme temperatures (aim for above -5°c and below 40°c). Do not leave in direct sunlight. Do not leave in areas of concentrated heat, e.g. car dashboard.
We advise you to clean your lenses with mild soap and water or a reputable lens cleaner. Only use the supplied cleaning cloth or non-abrasive cloth to wipe (tissues are not advisable).
If your lenses come into contact with harsh chemicals, sun cream, sea or pool water then use mild soap, water or a reputable lens cleaner and your cleaning cloth to clean the lens to prevent damage to the lenses.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a solution.
