We are a family run business based in Cornwall. Celebrating the coastline, our mission is to provide quality items to enable anybody, from beginners to professionals, to enjoy the outdoors by supplying anything relating to the coast, including fishing equipment and seafood cookware amongst many other items. No previous knowledge or experience is required to get the most from our products as we always offer after sales assistance to ensure our customers get the best value and enjoyment from their new items.

FREE UK Mainland Express Delivery within 2-3 working days on orders over £20 - order before 4pm
£3.50 UK Standard Delivery on orders under £20

Orders are sent via Royal Mail

UK Return & Refund Policy

Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Returns are free

Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
When you create your return, you can either arrange a collection by Royal Mail (this service does not require a printer) or you can print the label and drop it off at your local Post Office.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
Please note that items sold by Down the Cove cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Down The Cove’s products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
