You will need to enter your 9-digit order number followed by ‘RTN into the portal for it to accept your return. IE ‘M12345678RTN’
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, and make sure the battery isolator is in place to prevent torch activation in transit.
Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

2 Year warranty on products with a non-removeable battery
5 Year warranty on products with a removeable battery (1 year on battery)
This warranty only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse Marketplace, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. They can review the fault with you and offer a full refund or a replacement for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website – subject to inspection of the product has taken place by Fenixlight UK.
