The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, stains, grommet patina, shrinking, fading, fraying, lost pieces, and product failures as a result of misuse or improper care. We’ll replace any hat or accessory with a qualifying manufacturing defect under our Lifetime Guarantee.
Kamik products carry a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair, or natural wear of materials over time. If an aftermarket waterproofing spray or substance is applied to the product, the warranty is void and the product will no longer be covered under the Kamik warranty.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
