Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with a copy of your order confirmation.
Bring your item to any drop off location shown and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. The locations can be found on the link.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Please note that items sold by Global Telesat Communications cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
Products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. We will inspect upon return and warranty claims will be at our discretion. All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
Returns within 60 Days from purchase date: You can return the item to us free of charge for a full refund so long as:
The product is in the same condition that it arrived in.
The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories in unopened bags.
The product has not been activated for an airtime plan.
Returns more than 60 days after purchase date: After 30 days from the date you bought your product you are not legally entitled to a full refund, and refunds will be at GTC's discretion. Please contact us before returning any items.
Returning faulty items: Any item being sent back will need to be accompanied by a copy of your original order. We reserve the right to return any items sent back to the sender’s address that does not have an accompanying proof of purchase. Please note: We will not be able to offer an exchange or a free of charge repair where the faults are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for example accidental damage and moisture damage). In most cases accidental damage can be repaired but there will be a charge to do this, as accidental damage is not covered by the warranty, if you wish us to, we will gladly arrange a repair for you. The right to return faulty goods applies to the goods only and will not entitle you to terminate your network contract (where applicable) with your network provider. This is the responsibility of the user. Faulty items are eligible for free returns.
