WARRANTY DETAILS
At Harry Hall, we do not offer a separate guarantee; instead, we adhere to the Guidelines set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
First 30 Days: If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the first 30 days of purchase, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
30 Days to 6 Months: If a fault occurs after 30 days but within 6 months, we will inspect the product to determine whether it is a result of a manufacturing issue or user error. If a manufacturing fault is found, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
6 to 12 Months: After 6 months and up to 12 months, we will again review any reported faults for signs of manufacturing defects versus user error. In this period, you may be asked to provide evidence that the fault was present from the start. If a manufacturing issue is identified or we determine that the product does not meet our quality standards, we typically offer a partial refund. The refund amount is calculated by dividing the initial purchase price by 12 (months) and refunding the value remaining for the period left in the first year
