We are a small family-run business, formed in 2019, when we made a trip to China and found the amazing steamer that became Heat2Eat Self-Steamer. We have put a lot of work and thought into this product, and believe that you will enjoy many camping/hiking etc trips with our reliable, 'magic' Self-Steamer. We are very excited to share this product with you, and our aim is to constantly improve our products with the best customer service at heart!

UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Returns are free

Return method:
- To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
- Print and fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Take your package to your nearest drop off point. To find your nearest drop-off point, visit https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/ .
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Heat2Eat Self-Steamer Ltd cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Heat2Eat Self-Steamer Ltd semi-reusable Self-Steamers can be used up-to 5 times and the HeatStone needs to be replaced for each time. The one-time-use Self-Steamer is only intended to be used once. In the unlikely event of the HeatStone not working, or the Self-Steamer damaged, and the item has been purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will then review the fault with you and offer a full refund or replacement for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
