• FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £50
• £4.95 UK Standard Delivery on orders under £50
• £6.95 UK Mainland Express Delivery within 2-3 working days
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD
• Please note that orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day

UK Return & Refund Policy 

• Orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery
• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
• We cannot accept returns for items worn outside or otherwise used
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team 

Return method: 

• To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal at https://helabrands.returnscenter.com/ input your order details on your dispatch note and follow the instructions
• Package the item(s) to be sent back securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative
• Enclose a copy of your dispatch note or a note specifying your RMA number or order number with the item(s) you are returning
• Attach a self-created address label to your parcel, clearly showing the address below. Please ensure original delivery labels are covered
• Drop off your parcel with your chosen courier. When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage with tracking details
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
• Please note that items sold by Hela Brands cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
