Warranty Details
All iWEAR products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday on the next working day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard UK mainland delivery service and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our express UK mainland delivery service.
