Ledlenser products have an industry leading warranty that covers defects in manufacturing, extended up to 7 years with registration of certain products. Most of our lights have a standard warranty period of 2 years which can be extended by a further 5 years with online registration. This warranty does not apply to all products which include but not exclusive to, our K Series (keyring lights), Lite Wallet, Solidline and accessories.
Steps to register your Ledlenser product and qualify for the 5 year warranty extension (7 years total):
To register your Ledlenser light a warranty card is required. This can be found inside your product packaging.
Serial number of the Ledlenser product (found on the product itself).
The registration is performed by scanning the QR code using a smartphone or entering the complete web address, found underneath the QR code, into your computer or device browser.
This will take you to a unique product registration page. Enter all the necessary data into this online form.
Once successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
NOTE : PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE AS THIS MAY BE REQUESTED DURING ANY SUBSEQUENT WARRANTY CLAIM.
Conditions of Warranty
You are the original owner of the torch, head torch, area or spot light
The product was purchased from an authorised Ledlenser reseller and you can show proof of purchase if requested
The product is within the warranty period (see above) and meets the warranty criteria below
The product is genuine Ledlenser as determined by its unique serial number (email MW Customer Care the serial number on your light to authenticate)
