To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Take your package to your nearest drop off point. Check whether the returns label is marked Collect+ or Evri, and then to find your local drop off point visit either https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store or https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop#/ (as applicable).
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Please note that items sold by Noma Swimwear cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.

Our swimwear is built to last for a long time, so we’re happy to guarantee our products for 12 months. Please contact us (directly via our website or via Mountain Warehouse customer care) if your swimwear has disappointed you in that time. But, please be realistic with swimwear and active children, for example: if they spill chocolate ice cream, you’ll need to use a stain remover; synthetic fibres don’t love tumble dryers, please follow the care label instructions; our products have great resistance to chlorine, but if you swim in very high concentrations frequently then there will be some colour fade (and it’s not great for your skin either); if the swimwear is rubbed against rough surfaces then it will catch and roughen up. We can’t be responsible for unusual wear and tear and we hope you’ll be reasonable with us when it comes to this guarantee and respect our decision (which is binding and final) as to any refunds on the basis of the guarantee, especially since we are a tiny business just trying to make great swimwear in a responsible way. If you have received faulty products, we’ll offer you a full refund. This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights that you may have.
