Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

All Ocean Trail products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
We also offer a 3-Year Waterproof Guarantee on selected products. This is indicated on the product description or the item tag and gives you a three-year peace of mind on waterproofing.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased from Ocean Trail Ltd through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a repair, exchange or full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
