Swimming Pools:
All Swimming Pools (SKU’s TY6089, TY6090, TY6091, TY6092, TY6093, TY6270) include a 90-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase, against defects in material or manufacturing. The warranty will be administered by Polygroup Trading Limited. The warranty shall only apply if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear. The warranty shall not apply to any damage caused by use of Pool Chemicals. Claims will not cover consequential losses, including loss of water, pool chemicals, damage, labour, wear and tear or acts of God.
Paddleboards:
Every M.Y Point Break Paddleboard is backed by a 1 Year warranty, guaranteeing the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal, recreational use. Any modification on the board or accessories or use outside of it’s intended purpose will invalidate the warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance of the board or any of its accessories; improper assembly or disassembly of the board or any of its accessories; improper use of the board or any of its accessories; improper transport of the board or any of its accessories; modifications to the board or any of its accessories; unauthorised repairs to the board or any of its accessories; exceeding the maximum payload of the board; storing the board incorrectly.
