- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
- Bring your item to any Royal Mail Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
- Please note that items sold by Rapanui Clothing cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

You may cancel your order or return your products for free at any time, up until 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you.
But, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of products that have been washed or worn.
We kindly ask that any items you return are clean, free from marks, and in a resellable condition. They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.
