To return your order, create your freepost return label at https://returns.rydale.com/
Enter your email and order number (for example M12345678-A). Please disregard the "7-digit ID code" as this is for orders placed directly on our website.
Click on the "Find my order" button and then enter your delivery postcode to start your return.
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with a note including your order number
Bring your item to any drop off point as detailed on the returns portal and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
Please note that items sold by Rydale cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Rydale items are quality checked prior to dispatch, however in the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, or it arriving damaged or faulty, contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached and in the original condition upon arrival with us. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition unless faulty. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
