UK Deliveries

  • FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £79.99
  • £3.50 UK Standard Recorded Delivery 
  • £5.50 UK Express Delivery - order before 15:00
  • Orders are sent via EVRI

 

UK Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition.
  • Returns are free.

  • To return your order, create your freepost return label at https://www.evri.com/return/direct?clientId=4938&childClientId=0
  • Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form.
  • You can download the return slip here.
  • Bring your item to any EVRI drop-off point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that items sold by Spiral cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
