We are a family business who started trading in the UK in 1998. Back then we saw there was a clear need for a good alternative to arm bands/water wings and hand-held swimming devices whilst shopping for our own children.
So we set about to design what went on to become our bestselling ‘Original Konfidence Jacket’ buoyant swimming aid for children.
Since then Original Konfidence Jackets have now become available on the UK high street and are standard equipment for many overseas package holiday operators.
For over 2 decades we have been working closely with local and national swim schools in developing our range of Baby and Child Swimming products. Part of this association included the Konfidence™ Brand sponsoring the Swimming Teachers Association (STA) national baby swimming program; Starfish.
Our Konfidence™ Jackets are endorsed by Starfish Aquatics Institute of the USA as their preferred buoyant aid to swimming for swim teaching.
Our Splashy™ range of recycled plastic swimwear is the only baby swimming product to be manufactured in collaboration with the Swimming Teachers Association of Great Britain

UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team.
Return method:
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- You can download the return slip here.
- Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Swimovations Ltd cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
