To return other items, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6292 and bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. Please include the invoice slip.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Please note that items sold by Tiki Surf cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.

Surfboard Warranty:
Tiki Surf offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on Surfboards.
The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects or issues that are a result from a flaw in the product.
Think your product meets those criteria? Please email mountain warehouse customer care with a description of the issue, images of your product and the mentioned issue (if visible), and your order receipt.
Dents and similar physical damages that are caused through wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
This includes (but is not limited to) breakage, creases, cracks, heat damage, broken fin boxes, dings, compressions and discolouration.
Wetsuit Warranty:
All Tiki Surf products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
We also offer a 2-Year Guarantee on selected products. This is indicated on the product description or the item tag and gives you a 2 year money back guarantee and peace of mind.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
