Not all eyewear is made equal.  Here at Union of Surf we decided to search for alternative materials for our sunglasses.  So we started designing wooden frames, cellulose based plastics and more. Our eyewear cases are made from old wetsuits and cork. Please see our full range of frames and styles.  Even our lenses are made from cellulose based polymers.

Delivery & Returns

UK Deliveries

  • Free UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days
  • Free UK Express Delivery within 2-3working days
  • Orders are sent via EVRI, DHL, Royal Mail, DPD

 

UK Return & Refund Policy 

  • Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team 

 

Return method: 

  • Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
  • Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
  • Please note that items sold by Union of Surf cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Union of Surf products come with a 12-month guarantee. 

This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. 

We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
