We do not allow returns of open chamois cream tubs due to hygiene reasons - if you wish to return a chamois cream product, the protective plastic seal must still be attached and the product unopened

Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.

All VeloChampion products come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
VeloChampion is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
