We are a family run business based in Castle Douglas in Southwest Scotland on the edge of the Galloway Forest park.
Our reputation for practical knowledge and expertise on all things relating to optics for wildlife observation was built up over time.
Our journey started in 2014 when we launched Nocturnal Wildlife Tours, a unique tourism business with the primary focus of letting customers see and experience nocturnal wildlife behaviour in complete darkness with the aid of commercially available handheld night vision and thermal imaging equipment.
The wealth of practical knowledge accrued while running Nocturnal Wildlife Tours inevitably led to the creation of WildlifeCam Ltd..
We soon realised that our in-depth technical experience and know-how would prove equally beneficial for customers looking to fulfil a passion for the first time, or for those wanting to advance to the next level or conduct wildlife surveys.
Our ranges of night vision, thermal imaging and day optical equipment, represent the best in the world. We continuously work with our manufacturers to ensure that we are at the forefront of product innovation.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
