ENTRY

Entry is made by tagging a friend on our Instagram competition post (posted on Friday, 13/06/25) No purchase is necessary.
To enter the competition, entrants must be following @mountainwarehouse, @oceantrailuk & @ridgemonkeyoutdoors on Instagram.
Entries are open between posted on Friday, 13/06/25 and close midnight on the 27th of June 2025.

Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

ELIGIBILITY

• All drivers must be between the age of 25 and 75, have at least 2 years of driving experience, have no current traffic convictions or endorsements except minor ones, have no more than 6 penalty points on the driving licence and have not been involved in more than one accident in 3 years. All drivers must be present at the time of hire and provide the necessary identification.
• Details of any additional drivers will be required at least 14 days in advance of the commencement of hire.
• Each Driver must provide the following documents:
• Photo Card Drivers’ Licence on arrival
• Two forms of proof of address issued within the last 90 days:
• 2 X Utility bills/statements (Gas, Electric, Water) OR
• 1 X Utility Bill and 1 X Council Tax Bill, HMRC Bill, Credit Card bill/statement, Mortgage Statement, Landline Phone/Internet/TV bill/statement
• Each driver’s DVLA licence check code so we can view your licence details before you arrive. Click here (https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence) for instructions on how to do this. This needs to be submitted atleast a week before the hire commences.  https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom.
• Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter.
• No postal or email entries will be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
• The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families

THE WINNER

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
The Prize Winner will be notified initially via “direct message” on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PRIZE

There will be one prize winner. Subject to availability. If the product is not available, an alternative product will be sent.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

OTHER

By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.
The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
