I never got a gap year the first time I ‘did’ uni so it would be an amazing culmination of my Masters to get a chance to do my gap year in my thirties! When entering your fearless thirties you can often lose your longstanding travelling companions of your twenties to marriage, babies or migration but me I was blessed to meet my friend Mo. You often don’t think in this decade you would make a new close friend but luckily I did! In this picture we have just scaled Mount Snowdon in Wales and we were super happy to have made the summit. She shares my love of adventure, trying new things, hiking, travel photography and just getting out there to see this beautiful world. I always say ‘adventure is my side hustle’ and with Mo there will be a lot of laughs so I would absolutely love to win this gap year adventure.
