Orders are sent via our nominated UK carrier.
Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original packaging, with all tags, and in original condition.
Returns are free.
To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided.
Pack the items to be returned securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form.
Drop your parcel at any of the carrier’s drop-off points as detailed on your returns note, and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
WARRANTY DETAILS
All North Star Brands products come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee applies where the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or normal wear and tear.
