Refunds and returns

In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our Christmas refund policy by an additional 60 days, you will now be able to return store purchases bought from 1st October 2020 – 31st December right up to the 31st March 2021.

We are sorry you cannot return in store purchases through our warehouse.

For online purchases you can send your return for FREE to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.

       Our delivery service is currently within 7 days, please do not contact us regarding your delivery until this time has passed. To check the progress of your delivery here
