The ceramic coated BBQ 2 Plancha is a half and half cooking plate, multiplying cooking options. Fry eggs on the flat side while grilling bacon and tomatoes on the ribbed side. Grease drainage holes on the ribbed side allow for healthier cooking. The BBQ 2 Plancha 40 has a built-in heat deflector, ensuring even heat distribution and quick heat up times, and with a ceramic GreenGrill coating, the plancha top is easy to clean.
